First contact with the client in order to define precisely his wishes, needs, special requests re the future life in the new location and accommodation. The contact can be a meeting at the current domicile of the client, if so desired (in order to better understand the personality, taste and lifestyle of the client), in another location, by phone, email. House Hunting

Search for apartment, house, to rent or to buy : contacts with the owners, real estate agencies, visits, preparation of a presentation folder, review of contracts for rent or purchase, review of the proper functioning of technical installations (water, heating, electricity, TV, …)

Furniture

Search for furniture and decoration for the new accomodation, with or without the client, according to his/her availability, and wishes. If the research is done without the client, a presentation will be prepared and remitted to the client for his/her review.

Car

Search for a car/motorbike/boat, … for rent or for sale

move

Organization of the move, if so desired by the client. The details of this service will be decided with the client.

Integration assistance

Help in meeting and integration: administrative obligations, set-up of technical services for the new accommodation if not yet in place (water, heating, electricity, telephone, internet, TV), insurance, schools, security service, visits of the area and public services, any service which can facilitate the client’s adaptation according to the client’s wishes.

These services can be included in an « All Inclusive » Relocation package or individually.
